Your photos
The two photos you send are used once, to read your pool and your equipment. They are sent to an image-reading model for that purpose and are not kept after your quote is built.
Your ZIP code
Used to check whether the pool is in an area we serve, and to pick the day a technician is on your street.
How the page is used
We record which steps of the quote were reached — photos added, a price shown, a card entered — in our own database, together with a random visitor number stored in a cookie and, when you arrived from an ad, which ad it was. We do not record what you type into the form.
Session recordings
When it is switched on, Microsoft Clarity records how the page is used so we can see where people get stuck. Everything you type and every photo you add is masked in those recordings. Clarity sets its own cookies.
Advertising
When it is switched on, a Meta (Facebook) pixel tells Meta that the page was viewed and which steps were reached, so ads can be measured. It sets its own cookies.
Your card
Card details are typed into a field that belongs to Stripe, our payment processor. They never reach this site.
Your details at signup
Your name, address, phone and email are stored so your technician can come to the pool and so we can reach you about your service. They are not sold and not used for anything else.
Text messages
If you start service, we may text the number you gave us about your service: a reminder the day before a visit, a changed or missed visit, a confirmation when you switch or cancel, and a check-in after your fourth visit if a call went unanswered. Nothing else — no marketing texts. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
